    Yeah so I haven't updated this site very much...

That isn't to say there is no news.. in fact, there's fucking loads of it, and loads of new vids... I just haven't kept the site up to date... and now there's so much I can't be bothered to make a detailed catch up.. if you want to see the new vids.... search youtube lol.

    I have just added a whole host of videos to our youtube sexction, including southkicks and southcoast gathering footage.

    Yeah there have been a few vids that haven't been added to the site yet... I have been waiting for the southkicks gym vid to be released and then gonna update them all at once... so at this rate update coming in... 3 years.
